Just dropping by to say that I loved your review on "Parallel Memories: Teaser". Everything you said in that review was 100% truth.
It's just too bad that he never listened to any of it.
Oh, well. He's only 16. In about 5 years or so he'll probably look back and realize how much time he wasted on that sonic-mario bullshit and realize that you were right all along.
These sprite animators think they have it all figured out.
Also I read his response and decided to try and defend you. I hope you don't mind.
Hey I read through some of your reviews and I found that you really are rather good at critiquing work. I kinda get tired of all the "this is such a great story!" things that even I receive from people. Getting a good and sometimes gritty review out of the people who know what they are talking about is about as bad as pulling teeth.
Another thing that bothers me a little, though I know the main reason why, is that people don't like to read online all that much. Since reading takes more time than scanning though pictures or watching a short animation clip.
After seeing your in-depth review and advice I actually feel like submitting my work somewhere on the net other than DeviantART.
Look forward to reading more of your reviews and you have got this artist and writer excited to post work here and have it critiqued.
thanks man, I'm glad you like my reviewing so much. Yeah you should definitely submit your stuff online and get people's opinions. A critique may have an initial sting to it, but it's like alcoholic on a wound, it just helps you get better quicker.
